Indescribable, uncontainable
You placed the stars in the sky
And You know them by name
You are amazing, God
What a day; the beauty on our Val Verzasca Trip was truly is
indescribable. We rode in vans up the steepest, narrowest, hairpinniest, roads
you could ever imagine. One slight veer would have you careening over the edge
of the mountain. Thankfully returning staff drove! Then we hiked on an
incredible trail to a large outcropping that pooled the glacial stream just
right for a very invigorating swim.
We also went to a river gorge with awesome rock formations and a stone
bridge. Wish my daughter, Jen, was there; she would have loved diving off the
bridge. It was at least 10 meters high.
Full staff orientation begins tomorrow. I’m continuing to love it
here. When I looked out from campus tonight and said, “WOW! Look at that view!”
A returning staff said, “Haven’t you seen that yet?” I said, “yes, but it amazes
me every time!”
Once again, the photos say it way better than I can describe it!
Enjoy!

The little stone cabin looks like Heidi & her grandfather should walk out the door anytime! :)
